Where we ship from
All orders ship from our workshop inside the Donghai Crystal Market, Lianyungang, Jiangsu, China — one of the world's largest natural crystal trading hubs.
Processing time
- Ready-to-ship products (raw crystals, finished bracelets) are dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
- Custom DIY bracelets are handcrafted within 1 business day of receiving your design, then shipped within an additional 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping methods & estimated transit time
We ship internationally via trusted carriers (China Post, ePacket, DHL, FedEx — selected at checkout based on destination and weight).
Estimated transit time after dispatch (excluding customs clearance and unforeseen carrier delays):
- United States, United Kingdom, European Union: 7–15 business days
- Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–25 business days
Shipping costs
- Free worldwide shipping on orders over USD $100.
- Orders under $100: shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and chosen method.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. International tracking may take 1–3 days to begin updating after the carrier scans the package.
Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for details before ordering.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you spot an error, contact us at support@crystellediy.com immediately — we will do our best to update before dispatch.
Lost or stuck packages
If your tracking shows no update for more than 7 business days, or your package is marked delivered but not received, contact us at support@crystellediy.com. We will investigate with the carrier and work with you on a resolution.
Damaged in transit
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging at support@crystellediy.com. See our Refund Policy for details.
